I bought a jar of this from a local shop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin & had to stop myself from eating the entire jar in one sitting 😅 It has the perfect consistency of not being too thick or too thin, but perfectly in the middle with the right amount of sweetness. I'm usually turned away from jams since they can be super gelatin-y, but this was so incredibly fresh, would be perfect around the holidays, and loved it so much!!

I’ve tried many of the products. And all of them are awesome. But the spruce syrup… Is on another level! I use it in tea and coffee. I’ve used it to marinades. I’ve used it to sweeten baking dishes. I use it in place of honey quite often. I cannot live without it! I was going to try to wait till I was up in Maine again to get some, but I don’t think I can wait! This stuff is amazing!
