Love the Spruce Syrup! It makes a wonderfull spruce/bourbon old fashion. Have also used it to flavor coffee and again it is great!

I was on vacation in Maine in May and my friends and I stopped at a farmer's market and we bought a ton of stuff from Pen & Cob, each jam better than the last. You can't go wrong with their stuff!

The family absolutely loved the spiced blueberry jam - 5 stars.

I bought the syrup to make a spruce tip Mojito. The syrup is good quality and customer service is very good. Personally, I would like more of the spruce tip flavor but it is still good.

Fabulous Caramels – so creamy and the flavor is light and lovely.

I read about your spruce products in Downeast magazine. Was mainly interested in the syrup for cocktails. Love it in an Old Fashioned! Plan to try it with gin and other spirit cocktails. The caramels are wonderful, too. We haven't tried the spruce salt yet.
