I recently had a wonderful customer service experience I'd like to share. My blueberry jam didn't arrive as scheduled, so I emailed to ask about it. I received a courteous, prompt apology — after checking their delivery van, they discovered my package had slipped behind the seats and never made it to the shipping service.

The customer service representative was genuinely apologetic and immediately arranged to ship my order via Priority Mail so I'd receive it as quickly as possible. Then, to my surprise and delight, I got a follow-up email letting me know I'd also receive a $5 credit for the inconvenience.

I've dealt with plenty of customer service departments over the years, but I've rarely encountered this level of care and responsiveness. I'll gladly continue doing business with this company and recommend them to anyone looking for a great product paired with truly outstanding customer service.

Love the Spruce Syrup! It makes a wonderfull spruce/bourbon old fashion. Have also used it to flavor coffee and again it is great!

I was on vacation in Maine in May and my friends and I stopped at a farmer's market and we bought a ton of stuff from Pen & Cob, each jam better than the last. You can't go wrong with their stuff!

I bought the syrup to make a spruce tip Mojito. The syrup is good quality and customer service is very good. Personally, I would like more of the spruce tip flavor but it is still good.
