I read about your spruce products in Downeast magazine. Was mainly interested in the syrup for cocktails. Love it in an Old Fashioned! Plan to try it with gin and other spirit cocktails. The caramels are wonderful, too. We haven't tried the spruce salt yet.

I bought this in a little shop in Damariscotta because I was intrigued at the flavor combo. OMG it's the best tasting jam ever!! You get the pumpkin at the beginning, followed by hints of the curry. I couldn't stop eating it. I only had it with a cracker, but I bet it would taste delicious with some brie. I loved it so much I had to come and write a review. Beyond delicious and will be repurchasing!!
