I bought a jar of this from a local shop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin & had to stop myself from eating the entire jar in one sitting 😅 It has the perfect consistency of not being too thick or too thin, but perfectly in the middle with the right amount of sweetness. I'm usually turned away from jams since they can be super gelatin-y, but this was so incredibly fresh, would be perfect around the holidays, and loved it so much!!
The addition of the well-balanced spices make this jam way more interesting to your tastebuds than regular blueberry jam! It’s thick and intensely flavorful. Pen & Cob has quickly become my favorite jam company.
