STRAWBERRY GOCHUGARU JAM

Slow-cooked, small batch jam made with sweet, field-ripened Maine strawberries and just a hint of smoky chili flavor. Equally tasty on toast, cheese or meat! Straight from our farm kitchen to your table.

Because strawberries are sorta low in natural pectin, this is a loose jam, but it will firm up a bit once refrigerated. 

We've changed out our Gochugaru supplier - still has a smokiness, but it has a bit more heat!

Ingredients: Maine Strawberries, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Lemon Juice, Gochugaru.
