It's amazing as soon as we introduce it to our customers and let them try a sample they end up wanting one.

I’ve tried many of the products. And all of them are awesome. But the spruce syrup… Is on another level! I use it in tea and coffee. I’ve used it to marinades. I’ve used it to sweeten baking dishes. I use it in place of honey quite often. I cannot live without it! I was going to try to wait till I was up in Maine again to get some, but I don’t think I can wait! This stuff is amazing!

Wow! I've never expected to use this syrup on as much as I have. Whether cheese, limoncello or other liquors, along with a simple topping to desserts that offers a complex new flavor profile, spruce syrup is quite interesting. It's very earthy and festive - obviously fantastic for the holidays, but it lends itself to being a great acoutrement to all seasons thanks to its versatility. Try it on yogurt, cheese, or even a sandwich. You will be pleased!
