SPRUCE SYRUP CARAMELS

In late spring, we harvest the bright green tips from local spruce trees. The tips are macerated in organic dark brown sugar, creating a versatile syrup with a woodsy, citrus flavor. Spruce Syrup can be drizzled on just about anything, but is especially good with cheese, on roasted vegetables, in cocktails, and, of course, in caramels!

INGREDIENTS: heavy cream, organic cane sugar, light corn syrup (corn syrup, salt, vanilla extract), spruce syrup, sea salted butter.

Bag is heat sealed. Contains 10 individually wrapped caramels.
